We believe in personal training here at grid, and we meet you where you’re at.

 

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

Our personal training model means we’ve got something for everyone. We believe in creating a fully bespoke experience for you as an individual, and delivering it to you on a flexible, and easy to use schedule, to accommodate it around your lifestyle

Our Small group training sessions run throughout the day, early and late, so you know you’ll always be able to get in and get some work done!

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

Here at Grid, we give you everything you need to thrive. We offer bespoke training, at convenient times, in a fun and purpose built environment.

But we also know its not only what you do in our 4-walls, so we give you the tools and the know-how to take the other 23 hours of the day into your own hands and make serious progress.

 

Personal training.

Our small group personal training gives you bespoke training sessions, with no more than 5 other people in the session, meaning you’ll get all the attention you need, whilst having the dynamic and fun atmosphere of training in group.

Classes.

Alongside our small group PT sessions, you’ll have unlimited access to our group exercise classes where you’ll be able to compliment your work done in the other sessions. These include ENGINE ROOM, BUILD and STRETCH.

Education.

We place huge importance throughout the membership on giving you the tools to be able to have sustainable and long term results. We want to empower you to take control of your own health and fitness, so we have plenty of learning opportunities, all through our app.
